Pros

Good work location close to subway restaurants and stores cute building a lot of windows

Cons

Authoritarian management style, bullying, punitive, not an emotionally safe place to work. Loss of moral compass. A lot of mistakes are made (by management, not line staff) which cut into revenue, create liability risks, and increase staff turnover. Many mistakes are made in the context of a corporate culture where staff avoid saying anything that might upset senior management. Senior management does not get information it needs.

Pros

good work life balance, good PTO

Cons

Upper management clearly does not care about employees. They will fight you on maternity leave, workers comp, medical leave, hazard pay etc. High turn over.

Pros

Benefits were good, office was clean.

Cons

CEO rarely in office, usually on vacation or abroad in Italy. When she was in the office you can expect her to be screaming at someone for doing something when she wasn’t there, which is most of the time. The employees here gossip like crazy and I would often hear my own supervisor gossiping about me - even though I was one cubicle away from her. Pay was super low and it felt like they took advantage of me being a fresh grad. I was also deadnamed consistently and my supervisor told me it “wasn’t important” for people to use my correct name. I’m Trans and didn’t feel the need to disclose that information but it just goes to show the lack of respect. No C-level POC officers at all. I got extremely sick and was bedridden for two weeks. When I got back to work, my supervisor hounded me for documentation proving I was sick. It was an awful experience all around. I didn’t even make a year - I was happy to leave without even having a job lined up.
