Pros

-Some staff is very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to get you trained and knowledgeable. -long term employment -Some offices are family oriented spaces as far as co-workers -Diverse environment -Ability to work remotely in some fields at some branches -Flexible schedule when you have appointments like dr appointment for your kids

Cons

-Some staff just barley do anything and love throwing others under the bus for their downfalls. -OT and any extra work done to complete and excel duties are not appreciated -Co workers who do 1/2 work you do for 1+ year, get caught stealing time and not doing their portion and don’t get write ups and get same pay as other workers doing their own work and then some to cover the poor work ethic employees but for same pay just because poor work ethic employee has college education -Higher ups in company and vp will let go good employees to ‘save money’ the. Turn around and hire their friends or children to give them a job on high ranks making $ they’re not qualified for -OT frowned upon and sometimes have to work off the clock to get projects completed on time due to lack of help from poor work ethic co-workers -Lack of follow through or false promises of raises/promotions to keep you on board -Unless you are in higher up positions, you are not heard, valued or your opinion is irrelevant because ‘they’re right and you just need to do as You're told even if it doesn’t work.’ -Some higher ups are like high schoolers and don’t like each other so when needing help it can be difficult bouncing back and forth between the ‘go-to’ people. -Only a few managers actually care, are there for their employees and do their duties. Others are just there for the paycheck and would rather hand off their duties and take vacations every month ans stay home -Poor communications as far as deadlines or needed projects. Some managers will not let you know needs until last minute then blame you for their deadline with client not being met. -When coming up with brain storm ideas higher ups will use your accomplishments and created projects as their own to fain ahead & get credit and do not acknowledge you or your efforts

Pros

In today's workforce, the opportunity to advance with hard work is something of the past but it is truly the foundation of TBG. Leadership rewards hard work and maintains a degree of integrity that I've not witnessed in other organizations.

Cons

I commute from a neighboring county so the drive can sometimes be burdensome but not enough to look for other employment opportunities.

Pros

They truly care about each employee as a person, not a number. Not afraid to have fun. Leadership is approachable...they are not stuck in the office all the time. Commitment to safety

Cons

Communication can be unclear, and often at last minute...and can vary by location. Important decisions can take a long time, as many people are involved in the process.
