Great people. Great clients. Miles of opportunity. Senior management is empathic. They listen to and value smart thinking, hard work and creative risk taking. They are reasonable to deal with and have such a strong culture of respect and community. They are growing.

I’ve been working at The Buddy Group part-time for the past 3 years. It’s great to work for them. They are very accommodating with my busy schedule. Everyone I interact with at The Buddy Group is super positive and seems to enjoy working there. The work is both fun and challenging, and I feel 100% supported at my job. The executive team is awesome, too.

There aren’t any that I can think of.

Revamped and Better than Ever

After shifting their priorities and business model a couple years ago, The Buddy Group moved to a much smaller core team and revamped management. This core team has focused on quality of work and delivering truly industry disrupting results for their clients.

Cons

Smaller core team leads to large work loads occasionally (but this issue occurs with most creative agencies).
