Very unorganized company. No real trainers or training system for new hires. They also curse out there workers because there cameras don’t pick up sound.
Some really great store managers and department heads. Decent work-life balance.
Cons
Executive leadership is full of politics- HR is right up there. They seem to terminate people without cause semi-annually when there were no apparent reasons to do so other than perhaps gossip and corporate drama.
