      Great Team Culture and Supportive Leadership

      Pros

      Great team and very friendly environment. I genuinely enjoy working at The Building Group and getting to know everyone. Leadership is strong and supportive - Zach and Nick are amazing and truly care about the team.

      At times the pace can be demanding, but the supportive team helps make it manageable.

      Pros

      Will allow some remote work. Easy going corporate culture.

      Cons

      Management invested in money coming in, not people. They do not care about the associations. Condescending attitude toward staff, and no idea of what employees on front lines actually do. They do not have a good reputation among industry leaders, and lose associations regularly because the client service is missing.
