Pros
The day to day work was simple as long as you stay on task. The original building we all were able to shoot when we were off the clock and the trade shows were a blast.
Cons
Not enough money for what you do. Upper management (primary owner) has zero respect for employees. Minority partner is too relaxed with employees. Upper management (officers) are clueless on how to build this company up and everyone else suffers because of it. Upper management is surrounded by "yes-men" that harm the decision process. 11th hour fire put out all the time for the primary owner. Minority owner.....where is he?!?!
