Pros
Some colleagues were great to work with. Decent industry experience.
Cons
Lack of training & support – Expectations were unclear, and management did not provide adequate guidance. Toxic work environment – Employees were often blamed for systemic issues rather than supported. Unethical payroll practices – After being let go, my final paycheck was withheld, forcing me to file a wage claim. Non-Inclusive — 100% of employees are white.
