Pros

General manager was a good guy, very understanding and approved a lot of time off.

Cons

Very stingy. Refused to pay out my earned PTO. Owners are terrible at communicating their vision and how to accomplish goals, then get mad at employees for not understanding. Unrealistic labor budget making it impossible to run the restaurant efficiently on some days. Always cheating their managers out of bonuses based on last minute policy changes. Low salary to begin with. Owner is racist and sexist. Uncomfortable level of religiousness- they put it in their mission statement to glorify god and pray before shifts and meetings.

Pros

It was a good place to work at first because it was a new restaurant.

Cons

1.Over promised on hours. 2. Mangers were either slow or crazy or both. 3. Co-workers were typical 🙄 co-workers who had daddy issues or other kind of issues that had been resolved. Very depressing 4. A lot of work compared to other places where the tips and hours were a lot better. 5. Manager was trying to fit in with the crew because he was trying to be a cool Christian, instead of being a manager that stood up to people causing drama or flat out yelling at people because they had some kind of mental issues that haven't been resolved. "VERY LAME" place to work at if you have higher understanding of life.
