The CEO on a day to day basis is focused in ensuring that all commitments are fulfilled to employees, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and clients and indeed from time to time whenever there is a hint of a problem the CEO on a proactive basis works to deal with potential problems before they get to be a real problem. Also, the CEO personally works at the project level with each employee on their professional development program. Achieving excellence and success does not come about by day to day mediocre effort from the CEO. The CEO and sole owner of CENTECH financially supports many non profit organizations and was an active important contributor to the civil rights movement. Therefore, there is a high level of intensity and passion to ensure that CENTECH meets all its obligations to the communities in need and the business obligations. The company has invested by far more than any other business in the federal marketplace nearly $2.5 million over 8 years in the design integration and implementation of a Program, Project, and Task Management business practices that are designed to manage on a consistent basis all contractual obligations. The management concept has succeeded in 29 years in 4,912 contracts very good references and not having one single contract terminated because of unacceptable performance.

Pros

Can't think of any at the moment

Cons

They lay you off at any time, or more like every January. No job stability. Constantly have to live in fear, with the CEO's fickle mind-changing decisions.

Pros

Nice Offices, very quiet and clean

Cons

The CEO micro-manages everyone. If you don't do what he wants exactly the way he would do it, you're screwed. The company has lost most of it's contracts and, as expected, all the good people are leaving. The new hires are the ones who haven't been able to find a job and will do anything for a paycheck, until they find a real job. The CEO is stuck in the '70s, completely without a clue

CEO response: The company in 29 years has succeeded to complete successfully in meeting and exceeding all contractual requirements on 4,912 federal contracts with an aggregate value of $1.4 billion. The company has been profitable for 28 years and has shared with corporate leadership and corporate staff supporting the leadership yearly profit sharing bonuses when business profit objectives have been met. The company awards its employees by offering, on a proactive basis, a series of bonus performance programs http://www.centechgroup.com/career-center.html. The CEO is responsible to ensure consistency in the company required quarterly performance evaluations of all employees to ensure that the values of the company are being consistently met, particularly Trust which means ethical practices, Quality, Service, and Value. Employees who have performance challenges are provided counseling and assistance to improve and indeed if such proactive support by the company is not achieved by the employee than appropriate action will be taken.
