Good incentives but that will stop due to the outrageous targets

The base It’s a job you lose interest in quickly because it’s repetitive everyday Everything is a script You don’t use your brain Also a lot of the good reviews are done by current employees who have been asked to make good reviews by management

Pros

-Fast-growing, global company with plenty of career development opportunities -Honestly, a great place to work. Friendly environment and there aren't hectic work hours because we're pretty much on top of deadlines -Management works with staff to achieve their goals -Encourages up-skilling -Works like a well-oiled machine with streamlined, organised processes - Has defining roles and responsibilities, with options to gain skills outside your role if desired -Management willing to listen, eager to help. They're doing their best to continuously improve -Yearly trip with global offices

Cons

-At times a lack of communication between departments -The office itself could use a little redesign, a bit outdated and lacking little perks like fruit, snacks or better coffee on-hand -Not big on flexible work schedule or working from home - Could use a bit of a boost in morale, there could be more opportunities to get to know the team better, especially since we are growing so fast

Fun, professional & extra friendly environment, lots of opportunities for career progression with global expansion and company growth etc., and the management team provide everything to help and watch you get there.
