Pros

I received $500+ Bonuses every month so pay really isn't so bad. Things they raffle are pretty cool, too bad i never won anything.

Cons

Stressed over how many payments i needed to take a day to have a good conversion rate at the end of the day. People aren't as friendly, i feel like if they were it'd be something to look forward to instead of customer complaints. No ones really motivating you. No eating on the floor, no cell phones. Having Only two 15 min breaks over a period of 7 hrs is not enough for me. Specially when you take 70+ calls a day. BORING SPECIALLY WITH THE LAME LEADS and people this place has.

Pros

- Gives you call center experience so after a year you can apply somewhere else that pays more. - They will hire just anybody (a lot of teens). - You can call in, show up late, or leave early occasionally and they won't really do anything about it. - Bonus are okay but they are always changing the qualifications for it.

Cons

- Management doesn't know when to stop motivating you to get payments, I had a team lead that made me lie to the customers just so I can get a payment. After the customer said 5 times they can't pay, my team lead still wouldn't give it rest. It's wrong with they are doing to people. - You'll get picked on by management if you aren't getting a lot of payments.

Pros

the work from home option was the only good thing.

Cons

there are so many downsides. all they care about is productivity, and how much money you can bring into the company. this is a terrible place to work if you suffer a mental disability. they expect you to take an insane amount of emotional abuse from customers and managerial staff because "that's what we pay you for". that was a direct quote from a team lead
