      A fantastic director, a pleasure to work for. Awesome team culture (once). Awesome skill sharing (once). Solid and appreciative clients.

      Cons

      One of the management team needs to lose his ego. Should not be up to staff to make clients pay their fees. Team was ruined by a fake business manager - Above director could not see this.
