Pros
I have been working in the company for 6 years and love it. Every day I get to work with amazing people from all walks of HR life. Each person that is recruited goes through strict interview stages to make sure they have a good personality fit for the company. I couldnt ask for a better team to work with! Really cares about each client too.
Cons
Sometimes things like leave could be improved but I know they are currently implementing a policy to bring this into effect so I dont think its a bad thing.
