Pros

Cares about local communities and encourages volunteer work. Gives quarterly donations to organizations of stores' choice. Plenty of information resources and training programs.

Cons

Management can be inexperienced, or non-existent. Company can and does on occasion require you to drive an hour or more to a different location to fill in a shift at another store. Work tasks are often duplicated and redundant.
