Pros

Coworkers and administrators listen to your concerns and actively help you with any questions you may have. They provide you with support in case there is a problem and they guide and help you if you have any needs in the workplace.

Cons

The only problem with the company that I have heard of, even if I haven't had any problems personally, is harassment to female coworkers, but if you ask to work from home and have dedication and discipline, you can work peacefully and productively.
