Poor Management.Old way of conducting business

Pros

Located downtown Toronto. Good places to eat.

Cons

VP's have a very old way of doing business. This company is not progressive. If you have an opinion you get reprimanded. People have been at the company for 10 plus years and fear change. Bad energy and vibe at the office. Everyone works in a silo.
