Pros

Flexibility Patient care Patients families

Cons

Everyone is fake and gossips about each other. They will change what's expected of you every other week, making it impossible to please them They'll tell you to come to them when you have issues and then turn around and fire you for "being annoying" when all you wanted was for the company to get better. They have favorites who get away with everything. Director will use certain employees to pass the blame on to so the eyes aren't on them. Terrible company. Ran poorly. Never listen to feedback. You can be there for 5 years and just get fired on a random day with no explanation. You do not have job security here. They are truly disgusting. A lot of patients died with no medications in the home and not on daily visits. Stingy with supplies. Delay admits and visits all the time. They dont care about the patients, roll their eyes if a family has a complaint. They are in it for money, not comfort.
