      There are no pros working here

      Cons

      Sexist, sexual harassment, management is too power hungry so none of the departments get along making the job harder than it needs to be. They mistreat the employees and don't care about anything about you. They have cameras everywhere so micromanagement is a problem. They have trust issues and so much more. Avoid at all costs.

      Meeting new people. Not confined to office.

      Cons

      Everything. Payroll is a disaster. You have to prove what you made. After you do. They tell you they will pay you in a few weeks. Unfortunately that don’t work for bills. You gotta use your own vehicle. Attend ridiculous training even though you aren’t paid for your time. Management are bullies. Ridicule people publicly. The owner seems nice. But his add kicks in and he forgets everything he told you and promised. I was a top closing rep and couldn’t pay my bills. Worst job I’ve ever had.

      The owner does care about the customers but is seldom there and the employees running the day-to-day operations don't care about customers or company

      Cons

      Very unmanaged. The departments dont work together and do their best to undermine each other. Customer service has taken a sharp decline.
