Pros

I'll let you know when I can think of one

Cons

Incredibly passive, aggressive staff members and in particular senior members of staff. Some of these 'managers' & 'directors' wouldn't survive in a larger company as the day to day behaviours are quite frankly disgusting. Institutional sexism operating throughtout various departments and you are walking into an employer whose main objective in the current climate is to continue an on-going fued with their rivals and family members over at Tiger trailers. Banned overtime despite several roles requiring way above the 40 hours you are contracted to. Operate a statutory sick pay (the least they have to give by law) including cancer sufferers who have been at the company 35+ years. All this whilst published articles in the Manchester Evening News of record turnovers are in the public domain and owners are arriving in different £50,000+ vehicles each day with personalised number plates. At least it's obvious why they implement such shoddy working environments as profit is far more important than having a business that functions correctly and efficiently without cutting corners and bordering on illegal activity.

Pros

If you need a job and can put up with the working environment then the salary and overtime pay was reasonable

Cons

Engineering deadlines are too short based on current working practices, as such shortcuts are often taking leading to problems needing to be resolved during the build process. This then negatively affects the time available to complete the next job leading to shortcuts... etc. Shouting at people is considered to be motivation MD has little respect for employees. Believes that written warnings should be handed out like confetti

Pros

Some nice people, close to home.

Cons

higher ups are sycophants, who lie, cheat and basically throw anybody under the bus to not get shouted at by Mark.
