Great teamwork from staff, free parking, beautiful venue
Cons
Management will ask for feedback and then don't listen to it. Club events are poorly planned and always last minute. Upper management is extremely incompetent and racist. "Conveniently" removed MLK Day and Juneteenth as paid holidays right before Trump's inauguration.

The guests, most of them are friendly. Some of the staff also built lifelong relationships with one another.
Cons
Management. Management was prejudice, racist and disgusting towards people of color (brown/black)
