Pros

CFS pays well if you work at the top and are in the good book of the top bras who actually determine who gets what pay.

Cons

I do not recommend this place to anyone who has another option. For starters, CFS is not into actually helping vulnerable clients as they proclaim. They only have a few guys including the CEO, HR and compliance who connive and pay themselves as well as their cohorts above market-price salaries while direct care workers are signficantly underpaid. There is a lot of turnover in this place in part because most people are fired once you start asking questions. The average length of stay is about 6 months.
