Pros

What pros? Is there such thing. Yea, maybe 2-3 weeks on and after that you realize you going home everyday figuring out what went wrong. Only thing I can say, some people I worked with were wonderful, helpful and made coming to work a little easy.

Cons

Where do I begin? From your own supervisor changing things daily, training is not there and if you are trained on something the rules change the next day. Very rude, feel dismissed everyday-scared to even ask questions because you dont know what to expect. Upper Management is soooo blindsided because they allow 1 person to control the whole department and it causes turmoil. Too top heavy, that's why pay is low but you have a load of work to do and unexpected deadlines that you wont know about until 6 months in. Just be prepared! Changes daily. Rude behavior that is not needed.
