Upheaval, discontent, and lack of positive reinforcement

Pros

The Center serves an otherwise underserved population. Staff members are dedicated to the population.

Cons

There has been a great deal of upheaval and changes of staffing patterns, including at the directorship level. Many staff members are unhappy and the combination of unhappy staff, disorganization, unpleasant senior management and uncertain job security combine to make a toxic atmosphere.

Cons

Three campuses located along highways that are typically horrible during rush hour: I-95/US 1 and The PA Turnpike.- not the Company's fault, just something to be aware of...
