Freedom and Responsibility Culture

We've recently made a shift to more of a freedom and responsibility culture. It feels great to be trusted to do my job and be able to have a healthy work life balance. Performance expectations are high, but that helps me make sure I'm doing my best work. The benefits are good and the perk of the on-site gym and personal trainer are great. The team members all work really hard and I have alot of fun working with them all. I appreciate the quarterly community service events and Day of Service opportunities to give back.

Cons

More in person team events to bring together remote team members. We've gotten together a couple times, but once a quarter would be great.
