Pros

coffee and the food is exceptional the property is beautiful and right on the water and the cliff walk Collaboration is good except for one key player

Cons

leadership don't lead or take responsibility for their actions. the work environment (downstairs in the basement) is constantly flooded, moldy, and just all around disturbing. I was abused while i was there, physicaly and verbally. No one there is happy and the staff refers to the building as the owners dollhouse. Not cute? You're not working there. It's shallow, it's rude and the very worst experience of my life. It actually put me in the hospital for PTSD.

Pros

Beautiful facility and view, location, parking available to employees

Cons

Low pay, is the most expensive property in the area and pays the least Over worked, good employees are taken advantage of Inconsistency in employee expectations, different employees are held to different standards with a lot of favoritism Management doesn’t have employees backs when customers are upset about anything, they let you get verbally assaulted and don’t even ask if you’re okay after
