Their friends are allowed to verbally abuse front line staff without any support. Decisions are made without consultation, even when these are detrimental to staff. Extra work is heaped on you without regard for your welfare. Forced office visits and Christmas parties where photos are taken without consent. A black women was sacked because of a personal disagreement with her manager. Said manager has lost many team members because people can't stand working with her. There are more managers than there are people to actually do a day's work. A very cliquey organisation.
