      Chill coworkers but poor management and advancement opportunities

      Pros

      Talented staff, so family meals were great. Cool coworkers.

      Cons

      Management was always a mess and gatekept any opportunity to actually advance your skills and thrive. Hated anyone with a personality and made up rules on the spot to belittle servers for not following a script word for word. They had the expectation of hospitality while wanting the efficiency of Starbucks. If caught chatting with coworkers during downtime, even while still doing work (ie restocking, inventory) they would reprimand.
