Pros

Lots of resources to do fun projects with the kids, creative freedom, supportive staff. Very whimsical and festive during the holidays. The company is big enough to have a great reputation, but it’s family owned and you can get to know lots of people who have worked for CITS for many years. They stay on top of teacher trainings and such which makes for a knowledgeable and qualified staff.

Cons

Benefits are not the greatest. The “wants” of the parents are often prioritized over the needs of the classroom (but that’s probably due to the fact people in Bethesda love a good lawsuit threat). Not much room for career growth in terms of promotions.
