Pros

As an employee, I feel valued. New hires are trained well by editors, and there are opportunities for advancement for reporters who perform well.

Cons

None to add at the moment.

Micromanagement and undue influence

Pros

It's a good addition to your work experience. At least, from an outside lookers, they'd think it's a great company to work for.

Cons

We never got the chance to work independently and write from our hearts and showcase our creativity and talent. The management didn't like to be left out. They wanted to micromanage everything and oversee all our work. It came to a point where it's exhausting and dreading that I had to leave and never looked back.
