Pros

Very kind, loving people within the charter. There's a lot of flexibility, especially if you have a family at home.

Cons

Many employees take advantage of 'flex days' and use them to vacation- no accountability. Too much flexibility with families- students not working up to standard, refusing to test, very little data (not standards align) Because of the homeschool partnership, it's difficult to teach students knowing many of them are not working at their potential because of major gaps in their learning

Work from home, pleasant employees, good spirit days

Cons

No union representation, "At will" employment meaning they can fire you for any reason, admin takes the side of parents even if it means throwing you under the bus, conservative church culture, parent gossip dominates the school, unclear objectives in career, favoritism, teachers do admin work.
