Pros

Great benefits. 4 weeks vacation, 2 personal days, 2 sick days. 7% 401 matching & 3% contributions from the company.

Cons

A lot of re-org going on. Lots of tension between upper management and mid level employees. Upper Management (VP's &SVP's) do not care about mid employees at all. Managers do not respond to their direct reports, which leads to many conflicts. All VP's and SVP's have an on going streak of hiring their friends for upper management positions, whom I feel are professionally unqualified.
