      - Supportive Management - Friendly staff - Good training - Systems simple to use - Friendly customers - Good environment - Christmas gift from the company - 25% discount

      Cons

      - Slow days make it long - Staff have been with the company a long time so there isn't much opportunity for career advancement - The pay for my age band is 10p above minimum wage - they do not automatically go to national living wage once you are 18
