Pros
The initial year of employment provides an excellent opportunity for acquiring essential processing and title insurance expertise. The training program is exceptional, and the manager responsible for training (Kevin) is highly effective and supportive. This company is both positively and negatively known amongst realtors, and it has the potential to be more positive.
Cons
Instead of compensating their employees commensurate with their value and contributions, the company appears to adhere strictly to market standards, resulting in predictably average outcomes. While they make an effort to provide additional incentives like bonuses and employee events, the reliability of these bonuses is questionable, and the presence of nepotism and favoritism within the organization is a cause for concern. Although my initial 8 months with the company were enjoyable, I began to observe recurring patterns involving ownership, high turnover rates in various departments, and a noticeable absence of a cohesive workplace community. These observations led me to conclude that I did not wish to invest any more of my time than necessary in the organization
