      Pros

      The team was very hardworking and believed in the products and experiences that they were selling.

      Cons

      When the company shifted ownership, a lot of the great benefits were lost in transition. As a start-up, the pay wasn't great, so the benefits were the major perk. The company lost a lot of wonderful hardworking employees because of this.

      Pros

      I very much enjoyed working with the team and the vision for the company. I was confident that the team was driven to succeed, and I had the opportunity to build relationships with inspiring personalities.

      Cons

      With quick growth comes unpredictable challenges. This wasn't unique to The Clymb and is similar to the start-up community, but it's important to anticipate this working culture. The main reason I cannot recommend this employer to a friend is due to it's unpredictable nature.
