Pros
Great work atmosphere with a lot of flexibility. The coach crew offers great support and encourages growth within the company to create mutual benefits.
Cons
Due to it being a start up there's often a time when employees may have to do tasks that are outside of their profile. Some people do not appreciate that but majority take it as learning. I personally really appreciate that and in turn one can understand a business really well.
