      Pros

      Supportive teammates and a generally positive work environment make daily work comfortable. The company provides decent learning opportunities and exposure to real projects. Work hours are usually flexible, allowing a reasonable work-life balance.

      Cons

      Salary and increments are lower compared to industry standards. Career growth and promotions tend to be slow and inconsistent. Management communication and long-term planning could be much better.
