      Pros

      This company cares about their customers. Their window products are high quality. The co workers are, for the most part, easy to work with, though there are some bad apples like in any other company. but overall is a nice place to work.

      Cons

      The owner seems out of touch. Like he'll make changes without thinking about how the employees are going to feel. The rest of most the management is great to work with. Most everyone always seems happy, unless they're talking about changes the owner is making. ad he tends to make some depts less important than others.
