Best CEO I have ever worked for......... Luciano Rammaiorne

Pros

Open communal atmosphere with collabaration, open dialogue and entreprenural thinking. Middle management has a voice!!! This atmosphere is fostered by its leader. I am very impressed by his (Luciano) management style and would recommend The CollegeBound Network to anyone.

Cons

None. I hope we can continue to grow and expand. Its a very faced paced atmosphere, so be prepared for a hard work.

Avoid here if you are minorities or not a good looking WHITE girl

Pros

1) You can enjoy a fake family style work place culture. 2) You can meet some of the best peers in the world if you are lucky. 3) You can get promoted if you are Italian white or Russian (or you are the family of the senior mgt). 4) You don't really need to do too much work if you are a pretty white girl.

Cons

1) The senior management is dummy. (HR, VPs and more) 2) The office is over-crowded. 3) The office manager is horrible. 4) They hire minorities and pay lower wages. 5) Job allocation is ridiculous.
