Partners seem to do well financially.

Cons

Everything is inorganic at the company. Growth is the result of acquiring other firms and new partners are virtually always the senior employees/owners of the acquired company. Employee development is clearly not a priority. The pay is low relative to other companies and the culture/atmosphere is depressing.

It is a male dominated company where it is encouraged to drink at all work functions. No one cares to make relationships with one another, it's all about moving up the chain.
