They did a good job of hiring people who were fun to work with. The benefits got better.

Cons

This company didn't have any idea what direction it wanted to take. It slammed it out of the park with the original race but really struggled to move beyond the one-trick pony. Also, the CEO was pretty checked out. Saw him once the whole time I worked there.
