their management is some of the worst, most unprofessional people i’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. exploit their staff, pressure them on sales sales sales. witnessed many sexist and racial micro aggressions. ironic considering some of their biggest venues centre black music but they don’t actually hire black people to market for them. one of the worst companies i have ever worked for. they do not care about the wellbeing of their employees. so much toxic behaviour goes around where department heads are on a patronising power trip. also everyone vapes in the office which is insane

They will test your boundaries and limits to the core, so you will get to know yourself quite well.

This company is a horrific workplace to be at. Me and several other young women were sexually harassed by male senior management members and when we finally spoke up, they just moved the responsible men (YES PLURAL) to a different venue, where this all happened again as I found out later. There is no HR support and only more male managers to go to for "support" which genuinely you will not get. On top of that, you have about a tenth of the chance of getting in a management position if you're a woman there. Pay is ridiculous, compared to the hours you do. You're either on a terrible hourly wage or they will put you on a contract and squeeze the hours out of you until your average hourly wage is below minimum wage. They make you feel like you are part of a "family" and this way constantly guilt-trip you into thinking you need to do more.
