      Pros

      Remote working, some great people in lower levels of hierarchy, not overly top-heavy structure.

      Cons

      Frequent changes at exec/senior manager level, arbitrary decision-making without any real insight, poor communication, declining morale. Company largely not living up to its stated core values.

      Work in the country. Most staff are pleasant to work with. Lots of food.

      Cons

      Benefits and perks were diminished over the years. Employee morale is up and down. Over reliance on consultants hinders ability to develop staff. Employees are considered disposable.

      Cons

      Strong leaders all left. Current management toxic and not strong. Too much infighting. Fun to watch. No females left. They were great.
