      -Competitive Pay -Company Reputation -Company Structure

      -"Brown-Nosing" advances you rather than efficacy. -There are cliques within the company that operate outside of the standard company guidelines. -If you are not deemed worthy, you will not be respected, -Treatment in the field is the "Wild Wild West". The treatment of on-site subs and co-workers is dependent on the lead supervisor's demeanor that day.
