As a FT designer, you are a store leader, a designer, back up register help, handling carry outs, troubleshooting customer/installation issues, answering the phones, helping customers and selling closets. With decreased store staffing, you find yourself getting the bare minimum accomplished during a shift.

Low hourly pay, Lackluster manager who was always on phone calls with the company during business hours, expensive products, company was focusing too much on mobile checkout verses checking out at the register. Devices didn't work reliably.
