- Toxic work enviroment - Managers not trained to deal with serious issues - A bubble culture where issues stay confined to the store with no outside awareness - A shut up culture - Speaking out on misconduct behaviour is repromanded - Favouritism - Bullying - Senior leaders not taking reports of racism and bullying seriously - Whistleblowing legislation constantly breached - mass staff leaving due to the above - No exit interviews - No access to HR support outside of Area Managers - No acknowledgement of leaving the company

Pros

Really great working environment with generous overtime and breaks. Lovely staff and great discount from the moment you start. You need to wait until the end of your probation to receive your allocation, though.

Cons

The training could have been better, as I felt underqualified to discuss skin tone matches, etc., when customers would ask. However, by the time I left, they had implemented a scheme for all employers to receive training in a product area they felt needed work.
