As a current employee of The Counseling Center, I can attest to the positive culture that the company shares. Working in a substance abuse treatment center can be draining at times, but the corporation works with all staff as much as possible to ensure overall employee health and wellness. The company is flexible when it comes to understanding and meeting the needs of employees. They truly show a sincere interest in employees and the solutions to any problems. The company also provides an excellent tuition reimbursement program which empowers employees with the authority and resources to achieve their goals. The company is very client centered and provide professional and quality care to all clients. Even if a client cannot financially sustain treatment, the company turns no person away due to their inability to pay for services. The clinics are open 6 days a week and will work to accommodate changing client schedules. All intakes appointments will always be scheduled within 24 hours to ensure all clients receive the care they need. The facilities throughout the organization emulate a tranquil setting and are always very clean. The staff are polite, welcoming, and warm. I would highly recommend working here!
