Cons: Zero job security – staff can be let go suddenly, even after being recruited from stable jobs Management is cliquey and biased – individuals often ganged up on, no support system Extremely long hours – with no proper breaks or staff meals Chefs often hide in the KP area just to eat scraps Toxic atmosphere – owner lives up to previous negative reviews check previous reviews you will understand who the owner is, unless u really need some jobs for few days if it's long term thus not place for you. High staff turnover – very few people stay long Unstable and chaotic work environment – no clear training, no structure Emotional pressure and lack of appreciation False promises during recruitment – what you're told doesn't match reality
