Thank you for your comment. It is unfortunate you seemed to have such a bad experience. Not knowing what department you were in and how long you were at the company it is difficult to address specifics. As far as communication: we have a newsletter that goes to all employees every two weeks with their paychecks (The HR Talk); we have a much larger quarterly newsletter that goes to employees and is posted on our website; most all departments hold meetings at least weekly and those meetings are a 2-way street for communication (to give and receive information); most importantly we have an open door policy that allows people to speak with whomever they wish about their needs and concerns and issues--positive or negative. Employees are always directed to their manager for the quickest and easiest way to address concerns but anyone can speak with the owner and any other member of the management team at any time. As far as other fears that you intimate our employees have...employees generally lose their jobs themselves. If an employee is not performing, they are evaluated, assisted and if necessary placed on an improvement plan to help correct the deficiencies. We have had employees successfully complete these plans and others have not. If employees violate policies they are warned and if the behaviors continue the employee has chosen to not follow policies and is terminated. Our employees enjoy working with others that have good work ethics and follow the rules. Finally, if anything our management leans over backwards to give employees as many chances as possible. We take the time to find and train our staff and want them to be successful We look forward to showing our prospective employees our culture, mission and values and having them join our team!
