      Unstructured environment with inconsistent processes

      Pros

      Payment was made on time as promised. Quick hiring process and easy entry into the role without long delays.

      Cons

      Very limited onboarding and unclear explanation of the service offering. Heavy reliance on rigid scripts with little room for independent thinking or adapting to conversations. Feedback and suggestions from team members were generally not considered, even when processes were unclear or ineffective. Frequent script changes within a short time created inconsistency. Lead quality appeared low, making it difficult to achieve meaningful results. Overall, the operation felt unstructured and lacking a clear sales strategy.

      -I won’t recommend -the worst company -I can’t think of any positive thing to say

      -Overworked employees -Unclear goals and expectations -Manager who doesn’t listen to your suggestions,but don’t take the blame if the campaign was not effective -Would expect you to work during weekends -Low compensation -Would fire you without notice

      Great place to work with great team members

      Pros

      This has been one of my best positions yet. The owners of the company are great people who value their employees and they constantly show it. We have a small team (under 25 ppl) but we're mighty and everyone works well together and are always ready to jump in and help when needed. You will have ample on the job training which is great to ensure your success in your position and you'll have a team of staff members by your side who only want to see you win, and will celebrate those wins with you.

      Cons

      This is not a Con for me but it may be for some people. As we are growing, we currently do not offer health benefits at this time, but we are planning to establish a company benefit package in the near future.
