Pros
My previous internships never offered the learning experience which The DSM Group is able to provide for me. My first few days here, it seemed as if everyone was speaking another language. In just one month, I felt as if I gained a firm understanding of the business and the field. The DSM Group hires interns which they believe do an exceptional job here. There is plenty of room for advancement and opportunities for growth.
Cons
Employees have to park down the street, but it is still only a few buildings down from the office. Aside from this, there are no cons to working here. The atmosphere is fun and professional and the higher ups are always willing to listen to new ideas.
